Chris Pelleck and Amarti Fortun tried to make a small shop for themselves. After working 10 decades in an unrewarding industry, they called it quits. Chris had a novel idea but did not have the platform where to present it.
Amarti knew how to present it to people and so they found venture capitalists. Soon, they funded their idea and found networks of investors and innovators — all of which they helped to find each other in a world of ideas.
Today, the ChangingFunding.org site that they began in 2001 had grown into a huge organization that aims to help anyone with a novel idea to start with their projects by finding the right investors.
